  • BYO provider keys via the gateway — push inference billing directly to your Anthropic / OpenAI account
  • Cost dashboard at /admin/factory/cost shows per-tenant AI-call cost; per-job builder + bridge-minute breakdowns are roadmap
  • Auto-upgrade flag is planned for the Settings → Billing surface (settings page itself is on the roadmap)
  • Edu / nonprofit / OSS discount is on the roadmap — write to [email protected] if you fit one of these segments today

Objections finance / finops raise — and our answers

We don’t pretend these don’t come up. Here’s how we respond.

"How do we forecast spend?"

Pricing page lists per-tier quotas in absolute numbers for the planned Pro and Team tiers. The cost dashboard shows last-30-days AI cost today. Web builds from the recent verified run cost $0.05-$0.40 in AI tokens; desktop builds do not yet ship end-to-end on prod, so we cannot quote desktop cost honestly until that lands.

"Can we centralize billing across multiple tenants?"

Enterprise customers can consolidate to one master invoice. Per-tenant cost breakdown remains visible in the admin dashboard. We can also bill in USD or local currency on annual contracts.

"What if an LLM provider increases pricing?"

BYO keys insulates you (you negotiate directly). On our managed gateway, we absorb modest provider pricing changes; we publish 30 days notice before passing any change through. Multi-model failover means we can also route to cheaper providers when quality permits.
