Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OOretz Factory (“Service”, “we”, “us”). By signing up, you agree to them. If you’re signing up on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

OOretz Factory takes natural-language prompts and produces software artifacts (web apps, desktop installers, mobile builds). The Service uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) to generate code.

2. Your account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
  • You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, notify [email protected] immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Build illegal apps (malware, fraud tools, CSAM, etc.).
  • Attempt to extract our prompts, model weights, or other proprietary infrastructure.
  • Bypass rate limits or use multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits.
  • Interfere with the Service for other users.
  • Reverse engineer the Service to clone it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Generated code ownership

You own the code we generate for you. We claim no rights to your generated artifacts beyond what’s needed to operate the Service (e.g., temporary processing, artifact storage during retention period).

Caveats: AI-generated code may inadvertently mirror patterns from training data. We do not warrant non-infringement of third-party copyrights. Run your own license/IP review for production use.

5. Our IP

The Service itself — including prompts, system architecture, UI, documentation, and templates we publish — remains our property. The Apache-2.0 license applies to portions of our code we’ve open-sourced on GitHub. The Service trademark “OOretz” is reserved.

6. Billing (planned — Pro / Team / Enterprise)

Status today: only the free Hobby tier is signable. Pro / Team / Enterprise tiers and the billing system are planned — when those tiers ship, the terms below apply.

  • Pro tier (planned): $49/month, charged monthly via Stripe.
  • Team tier (planned): $79/seat/month, charged monthly.
  • Enterprise (planned): annual contracts with custom terms.
  • 14-day free trial for Pro / Team on launch. Cancel anytime; no refund for partial months.
  • Enterprise overages billed quarterly per the order form.
  • Taxes added per jurisdiction.

7. AI provider costs

The Service routes prompts to third-party AI providers. Per-tier monthly AI budgets apply. When you exceed your tier’s budget, jobs queue or fail with a clear error — we do not silently charge overages without consent on free / pro tiers.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability. Status page at /factory/status. SLA: 99.9% uptime on Enterprise tier with service credits per the order form. Free / Pro tiers are best-effort.

9. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from /admin/factory/settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal compulsion.
  • On termination: 30-day grace period for data export, then deletion per Privacy Policy.

10. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose. Generated code may contain bugs, security issues, or other defects. Run your own QA and security review before production use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms, including third-party IP claims about apps you build with the Service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware state or federal courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get 30-day notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
