If an AI read your business like a book

What a model sees when it looks at your processes, emails, and decisions — and what that reveals about your real strategy.

businessstrategyAI analysis

When an AI model reads your business, it doesn't see what you see. You see years of decisions, relationships, and hard-won insights. The model sees patterns, frequencies, and gaps.

We ran an experiment: we fed a language model every public document, email template, and marketing material from a mid-size consulting firm. Then we asked it one question: "What does this company actually do?"

The answer was surprising. Not wrong — but different. The firm thought they sold "strategic transformation." The model saw something else: they sold reassurance. Every document, every case study, every email template was designed to reduce anxiety, not create change.

This isn't a criticism. It's an insight. The model wasn't judging — it was pattern-matching. And the pattern it found was one the founders had never consciously designed.

What would an AI see if it read your business like a book?
